Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a room with a lovely view and great city sounds, although it was warmer than expected and filled with smoke in the evenings. The service was extremely courteous and helpful, assisting with room selections for my disabled wife. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Champs D'Elysees and close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The dining options were satisfying, although some dishes were subpar. Overall, a convenient and friendly place to stay.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were large, clean, and well-lit during our stay, but the hotel's rooms are a bit small which caused excessive light at night. The service was exceptional, especially for my husband's birthday celebration in early July, and the staff was friendly throughout. The location, although not bustling with restaurants and cafes, was very clean and modern, offering a nice Paris vibe. The dining experience was of good standard, although the daily options were repetitive, but the selection was wide and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant experience overall with some areas for improvement.
During our stay at Hotel Bassano, we found the location to be superb, right in front of well-known brand stores and a short walk from iconic attractions. The room service was exceptional, with a 'can do' attitude that made us feel genuinely welcome. However, there were some drawbacks like a sudden mosquito invasion in the suite and an unpleasant bathroom with dated furniture.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were immaculately neat and of a good size, although the dated decor and push-together single beds were a bit of a downside. The service, especially from the front desk staff, was exceptional, going out of their way to assist me. The location was convenient, being close to Champs Elysees, though somewhat remote from other attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with delicious meals but somewhat repetitive. The facilities were adequate, catering to my needs during my stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were always neatly put back together, with fresh towels and large windows featuring French doors, although they were not as spacious as American bedrooms despite having a king-sized bed. There were three choices of superior rooms available. The service was top-notch with staff going out of their way to show us all available rooms and providing valuable tips on exploring the area. They had a 'can-do' attitude that made us feel welcome and valued. The location was perfect for visiting the center of Paris, just a short walk from the Champs Elysses and the George V metro station, making it convenient for accessing major tourist sites without being on a noisy street. However, the dining area was a bit gloomy and overpriced, better suited for an evening meal than breakfast. The facilities offered were satisfactory with some areas for improvement.
The hotel's rooms are spacious, well designed, and comfortable, matching the pictures displayed. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, with upcoming renovations to enhance the overall experience. The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet nestled on a quiet street near Champs Elysees. The dining experience is good, although prices can be high. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Paris.
